About Six Pack Chef

From helping my grandparents make dinner as a child to spending weekends and after school at my family's Chinese restaurant, I've grown up around great food and the hustle and bustle of the restaurant life.
After acquiring my culinary education along side my business degree, I embarked on culinary adventures around the world cooking and learning under some of the worlds leading culinary minds.
With all this exposure to great food, it doesn't come to a surprise that throughout my childhood I dealt with weight issues. Eventually I was able to take control, transforming from being "clinically obese" to skinny. I was happy that I had lost the weight but I wasn't satisfied. I hadn't achieved the "look" I always wanted and thus set out on a new fitness goal.
This lead me to the sport of bodybuilding. After competing in my first local bodybuilding show, I was hooked. I currently compete as an amateur bodybuilder at the national level for the Ontario Physique Association and Canadian Bodybuilding Federation.
Six Pack Chef is a summation of my two loves and passion for Food and Fitness.
My goal is the help the most elite of professional and amateur athletes reach their full potential by eliminating one of the biggest factors that hinder their goal: DIET
Using my culinary knowledge along side personal competition experience, I strive to provide Six Pack Chef athletes with all their food and nutrition requirements in a form where they do not even feel like they are dieting.
My mantra for food and fitness: Eat Good - Look Good - Live Great
